Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Beacon Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
