Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Bridge Arts Center is an arts centre in Fort Worth with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
