Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Juniper Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Fort Worth plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
