Data Analyst - operations reporting (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Pine Water Authority is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 383 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on water quality.
