Data Analyst - operations reporting (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Ivory Health Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
