Data Analyst - operations reporting (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Summit Community Partners runs community programmes across El Paso. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
