Data Analyst - operations reporting (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Wilder Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
