Data Analyst - operations reporting (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around El Paso, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
