Data Analyst - operations reporting (El Paso, TX)

Summit Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around El Paso. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
