Data Analyst - operations reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Insurance Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
