Data Analyst - operations reporting (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Hollow Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
