Data Analyst - operations reporting (Detroit, MI)

Summit Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 984 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication.
