Data Analyst - operations reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood North Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
