Data Analyst - operations reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
