Data Analyst - operations reporting (Denver, CO)

Bright Lakeside Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Denver, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tracking. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
