Data Analyst - operations reporting (Denver, CO)

Bright Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Denver region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
