Data Analyst - operations reporting (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Denver area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
