Data Analyst - operations reporting (Denver, CO)

Northwind Cedar Legal Group Partners is a law firm in Denver serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
