Data Analyst - operations reporting (Denver, CO)

Silverline Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on equipment calibration. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
