Data Analyst - operations reporting (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Fox Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Dallas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
