Data Analyst - operations reporting (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Housing Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis.
