Data Analyst - operations reporting (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lakeside Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
