Data Analyst - operations reporting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ivory Civic Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in procurement and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
