Data Analyst - operations reporting (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Meridian Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Columbus. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
