Data Analyst - operations reporting (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Sparrow Foods is a Columbus food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on production batches. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
