Data Analyst - operations reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bright Construction and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
