Data Analyst - operations reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Fern Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
