Data Analyst - operations reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Colorado Springs presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 387 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on school partnerships. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
