Data Analyst - operations reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Bright Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
