Data Analyst - operations reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Timber Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
