Data Analyst - operations reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Colorado Springs, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on constituent requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
