Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Bright Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cleveland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
