Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Fern Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
