Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Union Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cleveland. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
