Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Cleveland. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
