Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Umber Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Cincinnati serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
