Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
