Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on fraud alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
