Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Glen Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 362 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
