Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Cincinnati, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on device records. • Python or R for analysis.
