Data Analyst - operations reporting (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove West Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills.
