Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ridge Early Learning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 321 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
