Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Pike Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
