Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Union Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
