Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Rowan Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charlotte. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
