Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Cedar Foods Group is a Charlotte food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
