Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Quarry Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter readings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
