Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Thistle Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charlotte region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on materials orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
