Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Charleston supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
