Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Junction Community Partners is a Charleston charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on grant reporting. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
